How Does the FlexBeam Work?

The FlexBeam is a 100% portable device designed to lay across or wrap around joints and muscles whilst red light therapy is applied via four downward facing sections. The FlexBeam is handheld and entirely wireless when in use, meaning you can use it at home, in the gym or during physiotherapy appointments.

How Long Should I Use the FlexBeam For?

What you're looking to get from your session dictates how long you should use your FlexBeam for. Please see below for recommended guidance on just how long each session should last:

  • Improved General Wellbeing: Between 20 and 30 minutes per day.
  • Increasing Strength and Endurance: 20 minutes twice a day for three days. After that, 20 minutes daily.
  • Injury Recovery and Rehabilitation: 20 minutes twice a day for three days. After that, 20 minutes daily until recovered.
  • Chronic Pain Management: 20 - 30 minutes every other day for three weeks. One week off and start again until satisfied.
