For those who found that the Rhynil Stop Snoring Spray just wasn't quite enough, the Rhynil Double Strength Stop Snoring Spray offers twice the strength for the heaviest of snorers. Like the original pack, this spray relieves nasal congestion, sinus problems and uses only natural ingredients such as the leaves of the Eyebright plant.

Who Can Use the Rhynil Stop Snoring Spray?

The Rhynil Spray is suitable for use by heavy snorers. If your partner hasn't had a good night's sleep in months, or if you feel like your snoring is impacting the quality of your own sleep, then this spray will be ideal. Suitable problems include:

  • You suffer from extreme snoring
  • You are a mouth breather
  • Those with small nostrils

How Does Rhynil Stop Snoring?

The Rhynil Snoring Spray is a natural spray that uses edible leaves from the Eyebright plant, a completely human-friendly plant that is commonly used in salad leaves. The properties of the Eyebright Plant help to relieve nasal congestion and similar symptoms to make nasal breathing easier.

What Is the Eyebright Plant?

The Eyebright Plant is called such because it is commonly used to treat eye infections. It is a type of herb, and among your eyes it can also be used to relieve congestion of the nose, eye styes, eye fatigue, coughs and hoarseness. The plant is common to the heaths and meadows of the UK and Ireland especially around limestone and chalk.

How Do I Apply the Rhynil Stop Snoring Spray?

To make the most of Rhynil Stop Snoring Spray please follow the below instructions:

  • Spray twice a day, before sleeping and on awakening
  • Spray twice into each nostril and spray twice onto the roof of the mouth
  • Close one nostril with your finger during application
  • Gently breathe in during use.

How Long Do I Need to Use the Spray For It To Work?

It can take a little while for Rhynil users to start to notice a difference. For some users it will be an immediate change, and for others it can be three or four days. We recommend that you take your time and be patient, and you'll so notice that your sleep quality starts to increase.

Please note that each 35ml bottle will last for approximately 350 sprays. That's the equivalent of one months treatment.

I have been using this nasal spray for nearly 2 weeks. I have certainly felt I’ve had a better quality of sleep in that time, waking feeling refreshed.

I saw a mixed bag of reviews and hoped I’d be part of the masses that have had their problem solved. I’m not but wonder if it’s early days. I’ve been using it for about 4/5 days now and read that it may take a while to work properly so I’m still holding onto hope but so far, it’s done nothing. I monitor my snoring using sleep lab and there’s been no change. I’d like for my partner to sleep next to me but it’s not looking likely at this rate. I’m considering getting my tonsils removed as nothing has worked and this was my last resort.

I've been using this for a couple of years now. It has really improved my breathing at night, opening my airways, especially nostrils. Highly recommend. The taste and sensation takes a little to get used to, but this probably the best, and safest product I've tried.

The product did not work for me and I feel it was a waste of money. I followed the instructions to the letter but to no avail. The liquid caused a great deal of irritation to the inside of my noise and I stopped using the product because of the pain I experienced. This was after trying it for nine nights in a row.

I've been trying this for about 3 weeks now and thinks it reduces the amount and severity of snoring, but I use it in tandem with other remedies and not just by itself alone, as I also use a mouthpiece.
I found I could not bear the vanilla smell of the spray up my nose, so use a nasal decongestant spray for my nose instead and spray the Rhynil in my mouth only twice a day and that seems to work for me as I am a throat snorer.
I am very relieved to finally find something out there that has an impact, so will persevere with using it
