The insoles are smart and well made. However I bought them in the hope that they would be different from all the other insoles designed to reduce the pain of plantar fasciitis. They are exactly the same, more expensive and the problem sadly persists. I needn’t have bought them, but I’m super that they help others s as they have the standard correct shape and seen well made.

I'm a keen walker and have used these for some years in my heavier mountain boots for added comfort. I recently had double foot surgery so my feet although healed now feel more sensitive and require more padding underneath. Like many people I'm doing loads more local walking, so I've just bought a second pair for my lighter-weight boots and they are fantastic, plenty of padded support without being 'squishy'. I also wear 3/4 orthotics for arch support and they allow room for those too.

I was rather sceptical when I purchased these insoles, as I had used other products in the past that did not help with my heel pain. However these insoles have been brilliant, I'm walking so much better, they support my whole foot really well I notice the difference if I do not have them in my shoes. I would absolutely buy them again they are a game changer for your painful feet.

From the first look the insoles seem to be well crafted. I use them for my running shoes (size EU 41.5 and my casual ones (size UK 7) seem to fit really well did not need trimming or any adjustments. Make sure you read the instructions to ensure a good fit.
