What Can the Paraffin Bath Do to Help Me?

When you sink your dry and chapped hands into the paraffin, a thin layer of wax forms around them, over which a plastic sheet is also placed. The warmth of the paraffin wrap allows moisture to enter the opened pores and be absorbed by the skin. The warmth of the paraffin also improves poor circulation.

Moisturising bath purchased to relieve pain in arthritic finger joints. Very comforting. Wax smells lovely but would have appreciated another package to make the melted wax deeper. I purchased some unscented paraffin wax to supplement what was provided, and when some of this was added, the depth of wax is much better - I can submerge my hand to the wrist. I recommend this product and would have given it 5 stars if the bath had been a little wider.
