Castellated Viscoelastic Foam is Comfortable, Safe and Supportive

The top of the pillow is made of a castellated viscoelastic foam that re-distributes pressure and gives patients immersive support and comfort. It also offers great postural support, to help hold patients in healthy positions as painlessly as possible.

Is This Product Tested for Fire Safety?

All components of this relief pillow are tested to comply with BS7177: Crib 5 fire safety regulations. This means that it complies to the most stringent fire safety guidelines.

Is This Cushion Supplied with a Cover?

To improve durability and quality of care, this cushion is fitted with a multi-stretch and waterproof cover. This vapour-permeable PU cover is antimicrobial, to reduce bacteria and odour, and fully machine-washable to make maintaining hygiene easier.

Cleaning Instructions 

• Cushion:
  • Clean using damp cloth with clean neutral water and soap
  • After cleaning, dry the mattress/ cushion out of direct exposure to sunlight
• Cover:
  • Can be pre-washed at 60°C up to 10 minutes and main-washed at 84°C up to 15 minutes
  • This should be followed by a cold rinse and extraction cycle
  • Can be tumble dried on low for up to 2 minutes, drying temperatures must not exceed 61°C
