While wedge and fixed-length ramps are great for ascending single steps and kerbs, a more versatile set of ramps is often required. The Ultralight-Telescopic Adjustable Wheelchair Ramps (Pair of Ramps) have been designed with adjustability in mind, ensuring that they can offer improved accessibility with virtually any ramp, step, or vehicle.

Adjustable Lengths

The main feature that sets these ramps apart from many others is the fact that they have been designed to offer optimal length adjustability. The ramps are available in a choice of four sizes (see below), and each size can be adjusted to cater to different requirements. The ramps can also be used when partly extended, ensuring that they can be used for steps, kerbs, and vehicle access and and when required.

Ideal for Vehicle Access

The Ultralight-Telescopic ramps have been designed to meet the needs of vehicle access, with the longest option (with a maximum length of 288cm – see below) particularly suited for accessing 4x4 vehicles. This is ideal for when accessing vehicles, providing essential ease of access for motorised mobility aids that cannot be folded down.

Great for Cross Slopes

The two ramps can be used at different lengths from one another. This makes them fantastic for cross slopes, where different ramp lengths may be required for sufficient access.

Safety Mechanism

Each ramp features a silent telescopic mechanism with neat safety clip, which prevents the ramp from opening when stored. This increased safety is particularly important for use in care homes, where residents may be vulnerable or fragile.

Compact Storage

The lengthy ramps are still compact due to their telescopic design. They are available with either two or three sections, and each can be reduced in length for practical storage out of the way when they are not required.
