The Aircast Walker Boot Replacement Sock is entirely latex and rubber free, although they are manufactured in a facility setting where other latex and rubber goods are produced.

How Do I Wash the Aircast Walker Boot Sock?

The Aircast Sock can be hand-washed in cold water or machine-washed on the delicate cycle. However you wash the sock, you should use mild detergent and air dry it.

Boot sock.

Purchased two socks following operation and wearing a boot for 6 weeks. Very comfortable and stop boot rubbing if you have had surgery and need a bit of protection whilst wounds healing. Would buy again if I had to. Keep foot and leg warm too.

Bought to wear under my orthopedic boot. Much better than the nylon ones provided with the boot. Nice and comfy, cotton rich and not tight around the knee/thigh like others. Better value on this site that any other I found. Would buy again.

I've been in a fracture boot for a while and not enjoyed the experience much BUT these socks make using the boot a whole lot more comfortable.
Oh nearly forgot, they are really easy to get washed and dried. Quite handy for something confined in a close fitting boot!

Excellent replacement sock

Brilliant sock to replace the NHS sock for the moonboot. The sock I was given by the hospital made my foot sweat and rub creating blisters and trench foot. The replacement socks are breathable, soft and do not create any sweat. Easy to wash and do not hold the smell like the ones given.
