How Do I Use the CanDo Theraputty?
There are a wide range of exercises that it is possible to complete using this putty, serving a wide range of functions. Examples of some handy resistance exercises that this putty is useful for include:
- Squeeze your hands into a fist while the putty is in the centre of your palm
- Mould the putty into a ball and then a cube, using only your injured or affected hand
- Roll the putty into a sausage shape and weave it between your fingers, then try to stretch out your fingers against the resistance of the putty
- Roll the putty into a ball and place between two out-stretched fingers, then bring the fingers together so they are squeezing against the putty
- Hide a coin in the Theraputty for your child to find and remove (ideal for developing fine motor skills)
Which Resistance Level Is Right For Me?
