Sizing

Directions

The Neo G Laced Ankle Support is easy to fit. Simply wrap the ankle support around the affected area and only tighten until comfortable. Make sure that you are not restricting the blood flow of the ankle.

Loosen all Velcro fasteners and slip your toes and foot through opening until the arch of your foot is pressed against the stirrup. Tighten the 2 velcro straps around the ankle until comfortable. Then tighten or loosen the Velcro straps that adjust the stirrup until comfortable.

Never wear the ankle support overnight or while sleeping.
