The Silipos Gel Achilles Heel Pad Sleeve is a soft conforming gel pad that protects the posterior of the heel from pressure, impact and friction. The Silipos Gel Achilles Heel Pad Sleeve provides gentle compression and dissipation of pressure around the inflamed area.

The Silipos Gel Achilles Heel Pad Sleeve is effective in protecting against discomfort caused by ski boots, skates, cleats and other athletic footwear and shoes or boots.

The Silipos Gel Achilles Heel Pad Sleeve reduces pain caused by footwear pressure or irregular heel bumps.

Silipos Gel Products

Silipos gels easily conform to the body ensuring a comfortable fit that cushions and protects. Silipos gel products are made with mineral oil gels that provide cushioning protection with the added benefit of skin moisturising and conditioning when the gel is applied directly to the skin.

Silipos gels cushion and protect protect the body against impact, pressure and shear forces while simultaneously releasing moisture-rich mineral oil that gently hydrates, softens and conditions the skin without the use of additional creams or lotions.

Visco-elastic properties enable Silipos gels to move synergistically with the skin which prevents abrasion and discomfort.

All Silipos gels are clear, non-toxic and hypoallergenic.

The Silipos Gel Achilles Heel Pad Sleeve is available in two sizes. The dimensions listed below indicate the size of the sleeve itself.

The dimensions of the larger size are smaller to accommodate a larger pad.

How Do I Clean My Gel Sleeve?

While the Silipos Gel Sleeve is suitable for machine washing, frequent washing will cause the sleeve to deteriorate quicker. For best results, we would recommend that you hand wash your sleeve with a mild detergent. The expected lifespan of the sleeve is between three and six months.

This heel pad sleeve is very pleasant to wear fitting snuggly around the heel.
My shoe size is 5 1/2 - 6 and the medium size heel pad sleeve fits fine. Large was definitely too big.

My wife has only had a short while so only used a couple of times. So far very pleased with it. It reduces pain from her heel spur when wearing shoes or boots.

I have had a Silipos Gel Achilles Heel Pad Sleeve for about 15 months. I use it when wearing walking boots and have found it excellent in stopping my achilles tendon becoming sore. In that time it has been machine washed 30-40 times and only now is the gel pad starting to come away at the edges. As others have noted, it does very soon become a bit baggy at the back, but I don't find this really matters when worn under close fitting socks. Overall all it works very well for me.

Seems to help in general. Definitely helps when wearing work boots. Sizing comes up a little on the large size, hence the drop in score.
