The Podotech PodoWedges for Express Kits are designed to make customising Podotech Express Kit Insoles a lot easier. PodoWedges are ideal for both medial and lateral postings and are designed for use with moulded inserts and insoles, making them a versatile solution to altering your insoles to match your needs.

Who Can Benefit from the PodoWedges?

The PodoWedges are ideal for anyone who uses a Podotech Express Kit. The Express Kit system of insoles allows you to build your insoles around your requirements, ensuring that you are getting a tailored level of support. Suitable for use as either a medial or lateral posting, each PodoWedge can be used to support the arch of your foot and help with the discomfort of a number of different conditions.

How to Use the Podotech PodoWedges

Although it is not essential, it is recommended that you use the PodoWedges alongside an Express Kit Insole. If you want to ensure that your wedge is giving the highest level of support to your feet, it is also recommended that you have a medical professional fit the wedge.

Sizing of the Podotech PodoWedges

PodoWedges are available in four sizes to suit both adults and children. To find the size you require, simply match your shoe size to the correct option below. Please note that while adult sizes are available in either 3° or 5° versions, child sizes are available in 3° only.

Delivery Information

Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and often dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday.

The delivery expectation of order sent via Royal Mail is 1 to 3 working days.
