How Do I Use My Companion Mini System?

According to the User Handbook, the Alert-iT Companion Mini works best when used underneath users, by being positioned under mattresses. It is advised to conduct a test run using the "Test" button on your monitor whilst it is unfixed.

Your units can be cleaned using cotton wool pads that are moistened with a mild detergent (0.5% washing up liquid) or using alcohol/baby wipes.

Please try to avoid getting liquid into the micro-USB connector, output connect or power socket, as this can impact its ability to function properly.
