Suitable for at-home electrotherapy, the PALS Stainless Steel Self Adhesive Electrodes work to to reduce pain, muscle spasms and numbness when used in conjunction with a TENS machine. TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) is the most common type of electrotherapy for pain relief.

What are Self Adhesive Electrodes Used For?

Self adhesive electrodes can be connected to a TENS device and then directly placed onto the skin. After the machine is turned on, small electrical currents will flow to the affected area of the user's body. These electrical impulses block the pain signals travelling to the brain, which subsequently relieves discomfort. This can also help to relax muscles.
