How Does The Adult Choking Manikin Work?

This adult manikin kit comes with two choking objects on a string to represent a small hot dog slice and a hard boiled sweet, so that students can practise clearing a blocked airway with abdominal thrusts or back blows. Once a choking object is lodged in the airway, students can decide where to place their hands using the anatomical landmarks for reference and how much pressure to complete the manoeuvre. If correct procedures are performed, the manikin will expel the object causing the obstruction.
