Features of the Doherty 3 Section Plinth

The Doherty 3 Section Plinth comes as a premium package. The breathing hole embedded in the head-rest - along with a paper roll holder - come as standard features with the Doherty Plinth rather than being additional extras the way they are with most companies.

The plinth is divided into 3 sections. This enables there to be both a head down and feet up position independent of each other, making the plinth suitable for treating and examining a wide ranger of conditions. The plinth's height can also be adjusted within a range of nearly 40cm through the use of an electric handset control. In order to adjust both the backrest and the foot section of the plinth, an "Easi Lift" system is in place - gas operated mechanics to ensure this is easy without any strain.

The plinth is a dual sided operation so the shape and position within the room does not matter. To make it easier to adjust and move the plinth, there are twin retractable castors and the plinth can be levelled when the floor is uneven.

A distinctive style comes with the Doherty Plinth's - rounded corners. This helps to improve hygiene and cleanliness as well as taking away any risks from sharp edges.

Despite these different components, the plinth comes fully assembled so there is no installation time or worry.

Warranty

There is a ten year guarantee on the frame of the plinth.

There is a three year warranty on the plinth. The first year is part and labours, the second and third year parts only.
