Why Use the GoVibe Foam Roller?

How Do I Use It?

To use the foam roller, simply place the area of pain directly onto the roller, balancing the rest of your body with any available limbs. Then steadily roll over the targeted area until you reach discomfort and pause there for a few seconds before continuing movement. The recommended amount of time to spend on each muscle at a time is between 1 - 2 minutes.
