The Ultimate Performance Adjustable Back Support can be fitted in three easy steps:

1. Slacken bi-lateral outer straps and place loosely on the side seam of the belt
2. Position the base belt unit around the waist and ensure the tension laces at the back are centred
3. Secure the base belt with the Velcro tabs and adjust the compression straps as required
