I sent this item back as it did not give me the back support that i needed & my Consultunt said that it would no benifit me with my back problems

Received very quickly & well packaged.
The Elastic Binder, is exactly as shown, I purchased the size Medium, it reminds me of a boob tube. Was difficult to pull up at first & thought that it would stop me breathing, as it was so tight, but when it was fully in place, you get used to it and it gives the support to both your back and your tummy. I have 2 wedge fractures in my spine & it is certainly helping my situation. Yes I would recommend this to anyone.
