Wear-Free Contact Electrodes

The Belt is supplied with four non-wearing contact electrodes: two for abdominal and two for back muscles. These electrodes are made from conductive carbon material, which means they can easily be used only with water contact, and no contact gel or replacement electrodes are necessary.

With five training programmes, adjustable intensity, pause function and countdown timer, this Abdominal and Back Muscle Belt is designed to fit your individual preferences. It doesn't get much better than this

TRANSACTION: It's always nice to be able to leave a good review and from start, to finish this was a FAB transaction! The website was very transparent all the way through to checkout, the notification of payment and tracking was sent within minutes and the belt arrived well packaged within 48 hours via our usual pleasant Royal Mail postie.

THE BELT: I read several reviews about this belt before I purchased it and kind of knew what I was getting but didn't realise it would be so addictive, so sad is my life aye. I think it fair to say that it isn't likely to make an out-of-shape person have abs like a gladiator after using it for a week, but rather is to be USED IN CONJUNCTION with other kinds of activity. I jog lightly a few times a week and do push-ups and some light Ab exercises already but that wasn't sculpting my mid-riff after putting on weight and losing my way for several months. I almost lost inspiration, but this little beauty has rekindled my faith in putting in the extra hard work again and already, just some days in can FEEL the abs being put through their paces and dare I say it, they are even starting to look like they did fifty years ago before finding life’s pleasures.

IN USE: I put it on first thing in the morning when working on the computer, again anytime I feel like it if I'm home, and just before bed. It will take a few days to get used to the sudden shock to the stomach and you need to build up the vibes slowly or you may be put off the electrical jolt, but now on setting E I'm actually finding this unit quite more-ish. Do make sure though that you put adequate water on the front and back or it'll feel like it's electrocuting you. I use my plant water sprayer and it works a treat.

CONCLUSION: I'm so glad that come the end I found a place to offer it at a more affordable price should it not work out, and I'm glad that I did.

Not suitable for slimmer people

I don't know if this is designed for men, but I found it quite troublesome to fit around a size 12 waist. It is powerful though

Disappointed I didn't get more muscle contraction unless intensity was up to 18 which was very uncomfortable. Also the clip was very hard to undo, so that it had to be taken off over the hips .
