November is the month of Movember, a time when boys become men by lowering their razors and raising awareness for men's health, be it prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health or physical inactivity. - The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Health and Care, close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Entries to the competition should be Tweeted to our official Twitter page or made to our official Facebook page.
- Entrants who do not tweet/post to our official account, do not follow/like our respective social media pages or make incomplete entries will not be eligible for the competition.
- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
- Closing date for entry will be Wednesday 2nd December 2015. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

- Health and Care reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the company's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Health and Care.
- Health and Care is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- The prize is as follows: 1 Pair of 2UNDR Sports Boxer Shorts, to be provided to the winner in their choice of size, to be selected after the closing date.
- A total of 3 winners will be announced.
- The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- Entries will be judged by the employees of Health and Care provided the criteria outlined above has been met.
- Winners will be announced on our official social media sites.
- The winners will be notified on Twitter/Facebook within 14 days of the closing date. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- Health and Care will notify the winner as to when the prize will be dispatched.
- Health and Care's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
