Returns Policy

Returning an Item

Our returns policy is valid for 7 days from the receipt of an item.

Before returning any item please contact us by email at helpdesk@healthandcare.co.uk or by phone on 0207 821 0855. We will then give you an authorisation number along with details of how and where to return your item. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a returns authorisation number.

Can I return my item?

We will authorise the return of an item in the following cases:

  • Faulty or Damaged 

You may return any item that was faulty or damaged when received for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.

  • Duplicate or incorrect item

You may return any duplicate or incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.

  • Unwanted item

You may return any item in a resellable condition within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.

We cannot refund or exchange items not in a resellable condition unless they are faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.

We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.

How do I return my item?

If your reason for return falls into one of the above categories you will need to contact us (Health and Care) for a returns authorisation number and details of how and where to return your item.

Please pack the item securely and include a note with your name, contact details, order number (e.g PO2345) and reason for return along with the authorisation number. Usually the packaging the item was sent in can be used for its return. Please then post the item to the delivery address given with your authorisation number. Please post the item using the delivery method suggested by Health and Care

Do you test faulty items?

Yes, we test every single return. If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our independent test centre we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage. Postage costs will vary depending on the size and weight of the item.
