Cannot use phone in office where I wanted because it is too near computer. Phone now working fine except that when I first installing it I accidentally chose French as the language for the handset and now no matter what I do I can't get it back to English. Still I can still speak in English so I can cope.

It is loud as described
There is a problem with the directory names you can’t use a lower case k in your names
And it would have been nice if the caller log recoded the time and date of your received calls it just shows the names
