Derby Extending Chrome Cane

Unfortunately, formal canes are rarely comfortable or practical. The Derby Extending Chrome Cane is a bright exception to that rule, as it features a classic Derby handle for full support of the hand, as well as a height adjustable shaft and non-slip rubber ferrule that makes this walking stick safe to use on all hard surfaces.

Classic Derby Handle

Though chrome-plated and exceptionally stylish, the handle still has the classic, comfortable Derby shape. Derby handles are known for being very supportive and practical at the same time, as you can easily hook them over your arm when not in use.

Adjustable Aluminium Shaft

The shaft is made from aluminium, painted black and fitted with a non-slip rubber ferrule. It can easily be adjusted in height between 77cm and 102cm (30" - 40"), making it suitable for a very wide range of people.

This item was due on the 6 dec 2011, after not receiving the item i phone to be told the item hadn't even been despatched, i was told it would now be sent on 16th, i phoned again on the 19th and was told it was to be despatched that same day, it was not sent until the following day, if i had not phoned i would probably still not have the item. my 27 year old severly disabled son has not been able to get around while we waited for this walking stick. this is not acceptable if we had been informed of a delay we could have made other arrangements, the above rateing is for the cane only
