Made from comfortable, high density polyurethane, the Sissel Ergonomic Car Seat Back Support provides proper support to the spine and lumbar region, mitigating "car-damaged" backs, and facilitating safer driving.

Car seat was creating a sharp pain in my lower back no matter how I adjusted the seat, tried another expensive back support to no avail, and was considering changing the car which would have been a shame given it's not even a year old!
Tried the Sissel back support, and it has cured the problem, drove the car for the first time without the sharp pain in my lower back, a proper relief.
