Elastack Build-Up Tape

For those with weak grip due to arthritis or other conditions that affect hand strength, small handles of cutlery, toothbrushes or even tools can be difficult to navigate on a day to day basis. The Elastack Build-Up Tape has been designed to act as a cushion for narrow handles to make it easier for those who lack co-ordination or have trouble with their gripping ability. The tape is non-slip to prevent sliding, and ensures that a firm grip is held at all times.

Uses No Adherent

Elastack Tape is soft, and seals out air on contact to form a natural suction bond, so you never have to worry about it coming loose. Simply wrap the tape around a handle until you get the thickness you require, and the tape will cushion your hands as you grip.

The adherence releases easily and is never sticky, which makes Elastack tape ideal for preventing sliding and improving grasp on an item.

Differences Between the Ultra Soft and Medium Tape

The Ultra Soft grade is the most adherent, soft and transparent. However, it is not intended for use above room temperature. The Medium grade is firmer, translucent and can withstand elevated temperatures, being dishwasher safe up to 104°C. Both versions of the tape are latex free, making them suitable for those with latex allergies.
