Felt a little weird at first, but really helps when wearing work boots and doing a lot of walking.

Good item but Not good service really!

Heel cups are a soft rubber and easy to move from shoe to shoe. Helping my sons plantar fasciitis pain.
However the Box was tatty and there was no instructions included as box said to read enclosed leaflet. Not a big issue but annoying.

The product is excellent at giving relief to heel problems. I slip them into my shoe and start walking - and can keep on for hours.

Was paying £40 a week for Physio - have seen more improvement to back problem and sciatica in one week for £12. Its got to be worth it.
