These shoe insoles are supplied in a single size that will fit all UK shoe sizes up to a size 12. Rather than try to find your specific size, these insoles are trimmable and can be adjusted to fit perfectly in your shoes. Supplied with these insoles is a cut-to-size template which will aid you in trimming the material to the correct dimensions.

The dimensions of the insoles before trimming are:

• Width at Widest Point: 100mm
• Thickness: 3.2mm

How To Fit the Foam Insoles

With these insoles, you will receive a size card that highlights how the insole should be trimmed to fit various shoe sizes. To customise your Poron Grey Insoles, simply:

1. Choose the correct size from the size card and use this as a template for cutting out the insole
2. Take the insole out of a pair of your shoes, being careful not to ruin or tear the material
3. You can use these insole to evaluate the size of your Poron Insole before inserting it into your shoe
4. Trim more material as needed to get the best possible fit
