The Beurer HD 75 Blanket features Beurer Safety System (BSS), with patented electronic temperature regulation and automatic switch-off after approximately three hours of continuous activity, that ensures you remain safe under your blanket even if you fall asleep.

Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and often dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday.

The delivery expectation of order sent via Royal Mail is 1 to 3 working days.

It’s like having a lovely warm hug.

I purchased this for my wife to use. She is receiving treatment for secondary breast cancer and was struggling to get warm even with the heating. The treatment really makes her quite unwell and drained of energy meaning she spends a lot her time in her chair. This blanket she says is like having a never ending lovely warm hug. I would definitely recommend this because now at last I’m a seeing my wife warm and comfortable…Priceless!!

This heated over blanket is amazing. It is well made, a gorgeous colour and most of all is toasty warm. I brought 2 as presents and both recipients absolutely love them.

It’s a lovely soft throw which heats up into a big warm cuddle. It will be used a lot during the colder weather.

Lovely soft fleece and nice colour but wish it had a higher setting or boost. It takes longer than I would like to get sufficiently warm.
