Awaiting a hernia repair, this equipment has proved so good. I would certainly recommend it. Wear over pants as it can otherwise become uncomfortable.

I bought my Oppo Hernia Truss Single-Sided Support after being told that a support truss was useful for my hernia. I have found that the truss has made my hernia much more comfortable with no sign of protrusion at the end of the day. Because the Oppo Hernia Truss Single-Sided Support is elasticated the pressure on the hernia is adjustable.
