Brilliant product, but serious delivery delays

Such a shame. Would usually rate them 5 stars but last DPD delivery went into a black hole for a week. I had to ring to chase up. Was just about to chase again when it was delivered to my home not to the pickup point selected. I would have appreciated some updates as to the progress rather than being told to wait until the parcel was returned to sender (no idea why) and then it would be sent out again. Good job it wasn’t an emergency!

These were a replacement for OK cartridges and although not quite as good are far superior to others I tried. Highly recommended.
