The Collum CMC Thumb Brace provides support to the carpometacarpal (CMC) joints. It is made from quality leather with a soft lining for longevity with added comfort.

Sizing of the CMC Thumb Brace

The Collum CMC Thumb Brace is available in a choice of four sizes for a more accurate fit. To determine the size required, measure from the bony protrusion on the thumb side of the wrist to the knuckle near the thumbnail. Your chosen size can be selected from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.

Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and often dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Can't wear it

Was comfortable enough when I first started wearing it. However I started to find it difficult to fit. Depending how I wore it, it it was either too loose/tight or else it cut in to the web between the thumb and the first finger. I'm no longer bothering to wear it. Additionally the velcro fastenings were very long. I had to cut them back as they were constantly getting in the way of most things I was doing.

The only positive was the usual high quality customer service, all the way through to delivery

I already had a Collum CMC thumb brace supplied by my physiotherapist who thoroughly recommended it, but as I wear it for most of the time I needed a second, I was pleased to find the same one on Health and Care and ordered, but very surprised when it arrived in the post next day. Excellent product, excellent service. Thank you
