Tumble Forms 2 Universal Side Layer

Neurologically impaired children can often experience obstacles to their learning when they have to be constantly repositioned and monitored during an activity, disrupting the lesson or learning experience taking place. The Tumble Forms 2 Universal Side Layer minimises the time a therapist, teacher or aide needs to monitor the positioning of neurologically impaired children. Once positioned and secured, the child is able to enjoy the activity and fully focus on the stimulus in front of them.

Encourage Learning

While decreasing abnormal extension, the Tumble Forms 2 Universal Side Layer provides a supportive surface on which the child can feel secure during the learning process. This makes for a supportive and relaxing learning environment, enabling the child to focus on activities in front of them.

Improved Control

The Side Layer places the child in a position in which they will have optimal control over their body with minimal obstacles and distractions. When using the Tumble Forms 2 Universal Side Layer, the child can comfortably be positioned on their side which decreases abnormal extension, maintains shoulder protraction and allows the arms to be placed in mid-line position.

Comfortable and Simple

The base of the Tumble Forms 2 Universal Side Layer, measuring 1065 × 585mm, is angled so that gravity can constantly assist with positioning the child throughout their lesson or activity. To bolster comfort and reliability, two very soft, easy to use straps secure the child. These straps are infinitely adjustable to suit a wide range of users and allow for a variety of activities.

Hygienic and Convenient

The materials used in the Universal Side Layer are all designed to be as hygienic as possible, and are resistant to urine and body fluids. The upholstery is seamless and soft, ensuring that no liquid permeates and no permanent stains or damage is left behind. Without any edges for debris to become caught, the entirety of the Layer is easy to wipe and easily cleanable.
