Ferno Titan SS Split Basket Stretchers

Evacuations are rarely carried out in easy access, open spaces. Accidents and injuries are statistically more likely to happen in dangerous locations – it makes sense. But that means the rescuers have to be able to get to the location and – more importantly – get the patient out again. This could mean carrying a stretcher for a long period of time or having to move over difficult terrain.

The Ferno Titan SS Split Basket Stretchers is an ideal solution to this problem. Robust and strong due to the stainless steel construction, the split nature of the basket stretcher makes it easy to store and even to carry as it can be transported at a half-length compared to normal.

As with the Titan SS Basket Stretcher, the split version is available in either a standard shape or with tapered ends. The tapered ends help to improve manoeuvrability in enclosed spaces.
