How Do I Correctly Apply Sidas Silicone Ankle Protectors?

To apply your silicone pad to the affected area, simply remove the translucent cover on the blue side of the pad and stick down, leaving the white side facing outward. The white side of the pad is slightly cushioned in order to prevent rubbing and chafing.

In order to prevent slippage and displacement, we recommend holding the pad in place for ten seconds when sticking the pad down to ensure a stable fit.
