Silipos Friction Reducing Gel Dots (Pack of 15)

The Silipos Friction Reducing Gel Dots are a versatile solution that can be used to reduce abrasion, friction, rubbing and pressure points in splints, casts, braces or footwear. They can also be used as individual cushions for parts of the hand such as the knuckles or sensitive areas in casts or splints.

The Silipos Friction Reducing Gel Dots can be attached or fitted to insoles and placed under individual metatarsal heads. They can also be used to protect the ulnar styloid.

The Silipos Friction Reducing Gel Dots have a self adhesive backing which allows them to be used with most materials such as splints, fabrics, casts and other surfaces. They are not suitable for sticking to the skin.

Each Silipos Friction Reducing Gel Dot is 1/8" (3mm) thick and 1" (3cm) in diameter.  

Silipos Friction Reducing Gel Dots are supplied in packs of 15 gel dots.

The mineral oil construction of the gel dots delivers moisture to the skin and conditions the area it is in contact with.

Silipos Gel Products

Silipos gels easily conform to the body ensuring a comfortable fit that cushions and protects. Silipos gel products are made with mineral oil gels that provide cushioning protection with the added benefit of skin moisturising and conditioning when the gel is applied directly to the skin.

Silipos gels cushion and protect protect the body against impact, pressure and shear forces while simultaneously releasing moisture-rich mineral oil that gently hydrates, softens and conditions the skin without the use of additional creams or lotions.

Visco-elastic properties enable Silipos gels to move synergistically with the skin which prevents abrasion and discomfort.

All Silipos gels are clear, non-toxic and hypoallergenic.

Perfect for wrist splints

I've had JIA from an early age with styloids on both wrists. These gel dots are perfect for giving extra cushioning in my wrist splints. The hospital give me some but I always need to buy more as I go through them so quickly and these are perfect and identical.
