Silipos Friction and Pressure Reducing Gel Squares (2 Pack)

The Silipos Friction and Pressure Reducing Gel Squares are a versatile solution for discomfort related to pressure and friction. The Silipos Friction and Pressure Reducing Gel Squares can be trimmed to a customised size with scissors to ensure a perfect fit. Silipos Friction and Pressure Reducing Gel Squares are ideal for use as an interface between the skin and a brace, splint,  cast or support that causes friction or rubbing.

Each Silipos Friction and Pressure Reducing Gel Square is 1/8" (3mm) thick and 4" (10cm) x 4" (10cm) in size.

Silipos Friction and Pressure Reducing Gel Squares are supplied in packs of 2.

The mineral oil construction of the gel dots delivers moisture to the skin and conditions the skin it is in contact with.

Silipos Friction and Pressure Reducing Gel Squares are available with or without self-adhesive backing. Self adhesive backing allows the square to be placed securely in place to most fabrics or materials. It is not suitable for sticking to the skin.

Silipos Gel Products

Silipos gels easily conform to the body ensuring a comfortable fit that cushions and protects. Silipos gel products are made with mineral oil gels that provide cushioning protection with the added benefit of skin moisturising and conditioning when the gel is applied directly to the skin.

Silipos gels cushion and protect protect the body against impact, pressure and shear forces while simultaneously releasing moisture-rich mineral oil that gently hydrates, softens and conditions the skin without the use of additional creams or lotions.

Visco-elastic properties enable Silipos gels to move synergistically with the skin which prevents abrasion and discomfort.

All Silipos gels are clear, non-toxic and hypoallergenic.

These Silipos self adhesive pads are just fantastic. I walk on the outside edges of my feet, I think it’s called supination. It becomes very painful to walk and these pads help enormously and brings pain relief. Their stickiness makes it easy to stay in the correct position and they can be removed and washed and, once dry, their stickiness is still there. Silipos also make a shaped pad for the ball of the foot but I cannot find those anymore. It would be good if Health & Care could stock those too.

As with the circular gel sheeting the square gel sheeting protects my heels from abrasion from my socks and enables me to wear shoes which otherwise cause pain by pressing sharply into my heels
