How Do I Apply the Elbow Support?

1. Apply the brace on forearm
2. The pad is placed on the muscle that is contracted when clenching the hand (approximately 5cm below the elbow joint)
3. Pull the strap tight, but so it's possible to put a finger underneath the strap
4. Close the Velcro
5. If using for golf elbow, place the other pad on the inside of the forearm

Washing Instructions

1. Close all Velcro
2. Mesh laundry bag is recommended
3. Stretch product while wet and let dry
