My review is comfortable & good product. However will have to buy footwear wide enough to accommodate insole. I wear good trainers from M&S, only footwear I can manage.

I've had these for a week now, and the difference is amazing. I struggle with over supination, and the pain relief in my ankles is beyond belief. My only problem with these is that I have extremely wide feet, as well, so they are not wide enough to be completely comfortable on the soles. If you have average width feet, though, I highly highly recommend.
