The Best in Roho Technology

When Roho developed this cushion, they wanted to create a method to "float" the most vulnerable areas of the body so as to allow them to sink into the cushion to distribute weight across a maximum surface area. To do this, they calculated that the average height from the trochanter to the bottom of the ischial tuberosities was 7.5cm, so if they could provide envelopment to this depth, they would distribute pressure as evenly as possible. Their inspiration was the simple displacement that happens when an object is floated in water – providing a maximum contact surface with the object for optimal weight distribution.
