BOS Deluxe Pressure Relief Alternating Air & Static Mattress System

The BOS Deluxe Pressure Relief Alternating Air & Static Mattress System is a cell and foam combination mattress designed to deliver consistent pressure relief for patients who are at a high - very high risk of developing pressure sores (prevention or treatment for stage 1 to 4 ulcer). It does this by adding, then removing air, from the cells which make up the mattress base, which then delivers zero pressure measurement on all areas of the body during the timed cycle, stimulating blood circulation and creating reactive hyperaemia. The mattress has a 2” foam base, that sits under the 8” Nylon/TPU air cells to provide an additional layer of static protection. This also prevents the patient from ‘bottoming out’ on the bed platform in the event of air loss from the cells. The BOS Deluxe Pressure Relief Alternating Air & Static Mattress System is supplied complete with a water resistant vapour-permeable cover. This cover allows the product to breathe whilst protecting the mattress from spillages and urine.

The ST760 Digital BOS Pump is a fully adjustable digitally controlled pump has been developed to support mattress pressure relief systems that provide very high levels of care on ulcer grades up to level 4 (low to very high). With adjustable pressure options providing variable levels of comfort, alternating and static settings, together with a range of power and pressure failure alarms and ‘easy-to-use’ CPC pipe connectors, the ST760 pump is both intuitive to use and multi-functional.
