As long as your shoe has a sole, then these insoles will help.

  5. Spot clean with mild detergent; do not immerse in water

Alternatively if you suffer from recurring foot problems then these insoles will give your feet the time to recover.

How Do the Powerstep Insoles Work?

The reason why the Powerstep Insoles are a top seller is because they work. The reason why they work is because of something called the Powerstep Pinnacle 4 Step System. The system aims to create the perfect balance between foot control, spring and cushioning, while providing support to the weaker areas of the foot.

Benefits of the Powerstep Pinnacle Insoles

The 4 Step System works by stabilising the foot during landing, while the centre of the insoles provide support and flexibility. A antibacterial fabric on the top prevents friction and combats perspiration while their double layered cushioning protects the foot from the hard ground. This four pronged protective design is enough to eliminate foot and ankle pain.

Can I Wear the Insoles While Playing Sports?

You can wear the Pinnacle Insoles while playing sports because they can fit into football boots, tennis shoes, ski boots, running shoes and more. If you often get pain after running then these insoles are recommended in reducing the level of pain that you receive. By looking after your feet you can stay running for longer.

Can I Use Them Throughout the Day?

Again you can wear the Pinnacle Insoles throughout the whole day if need be, and if you do suffer from pain and foot fatigue, these insoles have been proven to be effective. Foot fatigue and aching feet is quite common especially in workers who spend all day wearing big heavy work boots. Using the Powerstep Insoles can reduce the stress that boots place on your feet, helping to make your day healthier and happier.

How Comfortable Are the Powerstep Original Insoles?

Users have reported that the Powerstep Insoles are extremely comfortable, just take a look at the reviews at the bottom of our page. They provide comfort by securely cradling your ankle, which means that with every step you put your foot down into a soft comforting material. While this is ideal for those all-day workers, it also helps to reduce the chance of ankle related problems such as plantar fasciitis.

Can I Trim the Powerstep Insoles?

If you find that your Powerstep Pinnacle Insoles don't fit in your shoe just right, then you can trim your insoles if necessary. However, we do encourage you to ensure that you buy the correct size insoles by taking a look at the sizing chart at the bottom of this page.

What Are the Powerstep Full Length Insoles Made From?

The Powerstep Pinnacle Insoles are designed using materials that ensure longevity. This includes a polypropylene support shell that can withstand a fair few knocks and scrapes. This is supported by an EVA base, a polyester top cover with anti-microbial protection, and a VCT (variable cushioning technology) top layer that encourages cushioning.

How Hygienic Are the Powerstep Full Length Insoles?

The outer polyester top cover is designed to be anti-bacterial and anti-fungal, so that your feet stay fresh even after use throughout the day. Furthermore they feature antiperspirant properties that prevent your feet from sweating, perfect for a long day on your feet. The Pinnacle Insoles are also latex free, meaning that the chance of skin irritation is reduced.

Can I Wash Powerstep Pinnacle Insoles?

You can clean the Powerstep Insoles, however we recommend that you don't machine wash them. If you do want to clean them you can spot clean them with a mild detergent. Do not immerse them in water and air dry only.

Wow. What a huge difference these insoles make. My feet - and, therefore my body, - feel well-supported and stronger. Walking my dog is more enjoyable as I feel my feet are cushioned, balanced and less painful. First time of wearing, my legs felt a little tired but things have been great ever since.

A change from my previous orthortics...and so far, so good!

Have used Langer BioSkives since prescribed by podiatrist at Luton UH just over 6 years ago. I have brought new as an when I've changed my main walking shoesHowever, they have become eye-wateringly expensive. So as the BioSkives have only ever been used without customisation I decided to try something cheaper but of similar support.
So far my initial experience with the Powerstep Pinnacles has proved favorable while I gently break my feet into them (as I had to do with the BioSkives). Certainly on a 'bang per buck' basis I am more than happy, so I just need to see over the next few months that they do what is needed to help with my arthritic flat feet.

These insoles have made a great difference - no more aching feet. I have slightly fallen arches and was finding that it was causing pain in my knees due to a change in walking style/weight distribution. Combined with the "OrthoSole Heel Lift Shoe Insoles" for an achilles tendon problem, it now means I can walk distances without aches and pains.

Great insoles/ bad sizing

I like these insoles- they are supportive and not too chunky to fit into shoes. I could see myself buying more BUT the sizing is quite simply wrong. I am a women uk 7 or eu 41 shoe size (sometimes 7.5) so considered that the size d - womenswear 7.5 to 8 would be perfect. I suppose the fact that the mens sizing states 6-6.5 should have rung alarm bells. The insoles are 6.5 at best. I think the sizing must be a bad translation from US sizing. If you are uk size 7 or more, don’t buy size D. I should have complained but I threw them in and started using without thinking. My mistake.
