My osteopath recommended that I get a support belt for support with my back and pelvis for when I am undertaking chores at home and lifting. The belt is comfortable and supportive and my back does not feel as strained following physical activity at home. It appears to be well made and is good value. Super fast free delivery too!

The belt arrived very promptly and has proved to give excellent support, enabling me to go for short walks (up to 2 miles) or cope with other activities that need a lot ofstanding, such as looking round an art gallery.

A little disappointed in the size as the belt was too small at could only wear it with the Velcro rubbing on my skin. I purchased the narrower belt which was advertised as XL and was a much better fit.

unfortunately I have only been able to wear the belt for a short while on 3 occasions as it causes pain in my left hip and discomfort in the sacrum

Recently my wife strained muscles in her back which resulted in her hardly being able to stand or walk. I telephoned Health and Care and a very helpful lady arranged to post the support belt to me immediately and we received it the next day. This enabled my wife to move around without too much discomfort whilst her back gradually got better. The prompt and helpful response by Health and Care minimised the time that my wife was suffering.

The belt is fine and hopefully will work well. The service was good but a bit slow. Having said the product was in stock ready for next day dispatch, I received an email 3 days later saying that it wasn't in stock. It arrived about a week later.

Helping with supporting damaged spine

I ordered this back support when I was in pain from pulled muscles in my back. Now I am getting back to normal, the support is helping when walking and doing basic housework, gardening etc. I feel more confident wearing this than not wearing it. The only drawback is wearing the belt in hot weather it makes you sweat. I do not plan on relying on this support, but I will wear when I am gardening etc.
