BeneCare Plantar Fasciitis Support

The BeneCare Plantar Fasciitis Support provides continuous elastic tension and pressure to reduce the pain associated plantar fasciitis.

When used in conjunction with certain recommended exercises, the BeneCare Plantar Fasciitis Support reduces the pain that can be caused with swelling of the plantar fascia. This allows the patient to strengthen the muscles of the foot arch and lower leg, helping to guard against pain in the plantar region. As an added bonus the support also allows you to stretch your achilles tendon to provide relief and prevent future discomfort from plantar fasciitis.

Unlike shoe insoles or non elastic bands, the BeneCare Plantar Fasciitis Support maintains tension continuously during wear. This constant tension reduces painful inflammation to a greater degree than alternatives that are intermittent at best. The tension also allows the patient to exercise the calf and foot muscles, helping to strengthen the leg as a whole.

Good for some shoe wear only

I was recently diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and this was recommended by my GP. The strap is good but is limited to shoe wear. I couldn't wear it with boots or buckle shoes/ Though it gives relief from plantar fascitis, its use is limited to specific shoes.

Achilles Tendon Support

I purchased this item having ruptured my Achilles tendon 4 months ago & needed the reassurance of a structured support when going away on holiday. It is easy to use, comfortable and ideal to wear with trainers - did the job for me!
