Which Size is Right for Me?

The Ottobock Elasticated Ankle Support comes in five sizes ranging from Small to XX-Large. To find out which of these sizes you require, use a tape measure to make a figure of 8 around the ankle and midfoot (as shown below), then measure the ankle and midfoot circumference to determine the overall circumference. Once you have this measurement, you can use the sizing table below to find your size.

The Ottobock Elasticated Ankle Support works by wrapping around the ankle to hold it in a position that supports and protects it. Depending on how tightly the brace is applied, the brace also delivers a certain degree of compression to improve proprioception and pain relief.

How Do I Use the Ottobock Elasticated Ankle Support?

To fit the Ottobock Elasticated Ankle Support correctly, you will need to follow these steps:

1. Slip one loop of the support over the foot from the front (fig. 1)
2. Pulling from the inner side, guide the support around the ankle and under the foot (fig. 2 - 3)
3. Pull the support over the arch and around the heel again (fig. 4 - 6)
4. Pull the loop over the foot from the front (fig. 7)
