About the Hot and Cold Foot Roller

The Pro11 Foot Roller is designed to massage the foot for pain relief. Its contoured shape enables it to fit comfortably into the arch of the foot for an effortless massage. It is the ideal tool for soothing aching and tired feet, and is also effective for relieving pain caused by plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. 

The surface of the roller is covered with rough nodules that enhance the massaging effect of the roller to soothe and relax muscles and ease tension. These dots also help to increase blood circulation to the feet, which warms cold feet, promotes good foot health, and encourages healing of muscle injuries.

Hot and Cold Therapy

The Pro11 Foot Roller can be used for either hot or cold therapy. For cold therapy, chill the roller in the freezer before use; or place it in warm water prior to use for hot therapy. When heated, the roller will maintain its temperature for up to 30 minutes of soothing massage.

Easy & comfortable to use. Tried the cooling facility but probably needed to leave it in the freezer longer as it didn’t feel very cold. I do find it slips a bit on carpet but manageable. So far so good. Delivery was very quick.
