How Do the Franklin Balls Work?

The Franklin Method was founded in 1994 and is taught all over the world. Compatible with Pilates training, the technique combines imagery with physical movement, aiming to improve your posture, strength and functional movement.

The Original Franklin Soft Massage Balls are designed to facilitate the exercises of the Franklin Method. The smooth textured massage balls can be rolled across the feet and body to activate the relaxation reflexes of the muscles. This encourages body awareness which in turn aids movement and control.
