How Do I Apply Cuticell Contact Wound Dressings?

To apply your dressings, please follow the below instructions:

1. Remove the backing papers from the adhering face of the dressing (Fig. 1)
2. With the adhesive face down, apply the dressing, making sure to overlap wound margin by 2cm (Fig. 2)
3. Now remove the second protective film from the dressing surface and smooth gently with your hand (Fig. 3)
4. Cover with a sterile absorbent pad or absorbent dressing (Fig. 4)

Leukoplast's Cuticell Contact soft silicone wound layer technology can be used to dress minor wounds allowing for quick and easy removal and dressing changes. Easily applied, the comfortable dressing offers gentle, long-lasting protection.

Remains in Place for up to 14 Days of Use

Once applied, the Leukoplast Cuticell Contact Soft Silicone Wound Dressing remains in place for up to 14 days when used in combination with an appropriate secondary absorbent dressing or fixation. While fluid can easily pass through the Leukoplast Cuticell's perforations, the gentle contact layer offers sterile, long lasting protection.
