The Langer Bio Advanced Medium Density Insoles are an all round device offering support, control and shock absorbency.The Langer Bio Advanced Medium Density Insoles feature a contoured arch support to control over pronation. The Langer Bio Advanced Medium Density Insoles are suitable for sporting and everyday activities.

Please note that these insoles are for use by HCPC registered clinicians only.

The Langer Bio Advanced Medium Density Insoles are supplied complete with the following items:

  • 2 x heel cushions
  • 2 x 4 degree forefoot wedges
  • 2 x 4 degree rearfoot wedges
  • 2 x 5mm heel lifts
  • 1 x calcaneal dell  

An Adjustable, Professional Insole

The Langer Bio Advanced Medium Density Insoles are high-performing insoles which can be adjusted to your specific needs, therefore we recommend that the fitting and any remodelling of the insole using the included posts are undertaken by a qualified foot care professional.

Corrdctive arch support for flat foot

Bought for my daughter who's arch collapsed in the last 18 months. Great support for her arch and it seems to help correct her flat foot.

I normally have the BioSkive, but there were none in stock in the size I required, and I needed new insoles urgently. Just hoping these Advanced will perform siimilarly to the Bioskive.
