Coolskin Heat Resistant Oven Gloves 375

Used in both domestic and professional catering and kitchen environments, the Coolskin Heat Resistant Oven Gloves 375 have exceptional heat protection up to 250°C. This protection is down to the outer glove being made of meta-aramid (a strong synthetic fibre that is heat resistant).

Please note: The cuff of these gloves differs based on size selected. Size 8 features a white cuff, size 9 features the red cuff shown above, and size 10 features a blue cuff.

Main Features of the Coolskin Heat Resistant Oven Gloves

Designed to be long lasting, the Coolskin Heat Resistant Oven Gloves 375 are made from a duplex knitted structure. The gloves have a 'glove within a glove' design: the inner glove controls fit and comfort whilst the outer glove absorbs heat.

Comfortable and flexible enough to be worn for long periods of time, the Coolskin Heat Resistant Oven Gloves 375 will protect your hands for longer. They are ideal for use with ovens, AGA cookers, solid fuel stoves, microwaves and barbecues. With knitted cuffs, the Coolskin Heat Resistant Oven Gloves 375 provide extra wrist protection, perfect for handling hot objects.

Sizing of the Coolskin 375 Heat Resistant Oven Gloves

The Coolskin 375 Heat Resistant Oven Gloves are available in three sizes to suit you best. To find out which size you require, please measure the circumference of your hand around the knuckles (excluding the thumb) with your hand open and your fingers together. Then, measure the length of your hand from the tip of your middle finger to your wrist and consult the table below.

Care Instructions for the Coolskin Heat Resistant Oven Gloves 375

The Coolskin Heat Resistant Oven Gloves 375 can be washed at 40°C, the gloves are designed to last for years and washing them frequently will not deteriorate the gloves. It is recommended to keep the gloves as clean as possible, as to maintain maximum heat protection the gloves need to be free from grease and dirt.

For heavy grease it is recommended to have the gloves dry cleaned. The gloves can be tumble dried on a cool cycle. Always make sure the gloves are fully dry before use as damp gloves do not have the same heat resistance.

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and often dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Great Oven Gloves

I have been using this type of oven glove for many years now and would not choose any other brand. Having the use of all five fingers, I think, increases the safety aspect when using as you are far less likely to drop or mishandle any hot items They are certainly effective in their heat resistant ability and Coolskin is a very apt name.

This was bought to augment our existing pair of oven gloves, which we have had for over 12yrs and which are starting to wear on the tip of one of the fingers. It's also useful having a spare for when one pair is in the wash.

The fact that they are proper gloves and separate makes them much easier and more practical. The heat protection is excellent and, again, much better than "conventional" oven gloves.

My only criticism of these gloves is that they are sized very small. You really don't want oven gloves that are skin tight, but ones that are quick and easy to slip on and off, without being floppily loose. Both my husband and I wear medium sized ordinary gloves (women's and men's respectively!), but have found we needed the size 10 in these gloves, (Men's Large/Women's Extra Large). With a smaller size we were struggling to put them on and off, not good when cooking and you need to change tasks quickly.

Thank you for an excellent product, gloves are comfortable, easy to put on and long enough to protect my wrists at the oven or when retrieving food from my Ninja oven, as it is higher up on the bench it is easy to get a burn

Never been satisfied with the style of oven glove in form of pair of mitts joined together. Cumbersome and dangerous. These allow for ease of movement and a greater feeling of being in control and also do the job of keeping hands safe - their function.

Really pleased with these. Got them for handling very hot Le Cruset dishes for cooking sourdough bread. They have replaced gloves that had started to burn through after 6 months. And are now used for everything we get in and out of the oven.

Have bought these before and wouldn’t go back to conventional oven gloves. Easy to slip on and always feel safe wearing them. The only downside is the colour which easily gets stained from cooking juices etc. and doesn’t come out after washing.
