My order was received in 2 days of ordering - a wonderful service. The heel pads have definitely helped with the pain in my legs after knee surgery.

Doing the job, bit tight in my size 11 trainers on the injured foot due to swelling round heel. I hope it will improve as swelling goes down .

I bought a pair last year from my chiropractor and decided recently to buy a second pair. Unfortunately this time they bought the wrong size initially, followed up by then buying the incorrect product!
I then decided to find an alternative source and as a result was able to find this company, to order the correct product and to receive it very quickly.

These were recommended by my physio to relieve foot pain. They have eased my symptoms, but there are issues. I generally wear trainers, and the wide heel insole leaves room for the pad to shift from it's original position. Sometimes this results in the raised firm edge of the pad sitting under my foot, which is slightly uncomfortable. Overall though they have been a good help.

I have not given the insoles 5* because to my dismay I find that the insole on the affected foot will not stay in place unless I am wearing a sock. The insole on the good foot, however, stays firmly in place.

I refer to your request for a review of a product which I have paid for, and am still waiting to receive. Your tracking system has been showing my order as completed for a few days now. Does that mean that you believe it to be dispatched?? The item is small and was shown to be In Stock when I ordered it at least 10 days ago. I assumed I'd have it via normal 1st or 2nd class post within a couple of days. Now I'm on a walking holiday for a couple of weeks - the whole point of ordering the item. Not happy.
